Real estate is a lifestyle in Blake’s eyes, not a job or career. Having spent years honing his people skills in the family distribution business and then in pharmaceutical sales, he eventually realized that what he loved most was understanding people’s needs and ensuring they achieved their goals when buying, selling, or investing in a home or property. This is Blake’s true passion. In fact, Blake had instant success in the real estate industry, but he really elevated his game when he joined The ONE Street Company in 2019.
Finding the house you can call “home”—all the while receiving luxury service—is what Blake’s main objective and what sets him apart. Consistently putting his client’s needs first, he has earned the admiration and respect of his clients and peers. He works tirelessly to ensure his clients are cared for both personally and professionally and he loves doing it. His connection to his clients does not stop after the client moves into a home, Blake is a consistent resource to his clients and friends ranging from contractors to secure a table at the hottest restaurant in town.
A lifelong resident of the DC metropolitan area, Blake grew up in Montgomery County, MD. After graduation from The Bullis School, he went on to attend and receive his degree in Political Science at The University of Maryland. When he is not entertaining his clients, Blake can be found in Kensington with his beautiful wife, 2 children, and French bulldog.
