Sunil Chhabra is the Senior Managing Partner and Co-Founder of ONE Street Commercial Properties. Sunil has developed and traded nearly $500 million in commercial/multi-family deals, with nearly 20 years of construction and real estate experience. Sunil’s primary focus is on the acquisition of new development projects, deal structuring/capital sourcing, and overall project planning. Sunil also oversees the management of ONE Street’s internal and external multi-family/commercial real estate portfolio, ranging from affordable housing to market rate apartments and government credited tenants.
Sunil is also the Vice President of ONE Street Residential, focusing on revenue growth, sales infrastructure, and strategic partnerships.
Sunil is a born and bred Washingtonian who is active with various housing provider agencies and nonprofits across the city, including, serving as a Commissioner of the National Portrait Gallery, Smithsonian.
