While at Capital Realty, Ben managed the full life cycle of the investment projects. He owned direct recruiting responsibility to build teams for sales, marketing, construction and property management. Benjamin is the Managing Partner at NALCO Consulting, a premier staffing agency specializing Real Estate Law, Legal professionals and Information Technology.
Ben was born and raised in Washington DC, where his dreams of entrepreneurship blossomed from watching his uncle’s career in Real Estate Law; Eisen & Rome PC.
