About Alina
Because she started her career as an assistant to two of DC’s most prominent and respected business people, Alina honed a quick mind and became a fastidious master at multi-tasking and organization. Upon joining The ONE Street Company, she worked under CEO Samer Kuraishi, who quickly recognized her many talents as well as her real estate acumen. Therefore, Kuraishi quickly took Alina under his wing and taught her everything he knew about the real estate business.
Several years later, Alina is now ONE’s Director of Client Logistics. Originally from Russia, Alina grew up in Bethesda, Maryland and attended the University of Maryland where she earned a Bachelors’s Degree in Economics. Now living in DC, Alina is truly a local girl and, thus, has a first-hand understanding of the nuances of various markets and real estate trends in DC. Alina is licensed in DC and Virginia; speaks fluent Russian and she is also proficient in Spanish.
