Jamel Arnett is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 20 years in the hotel and airline industries. His experience includes management-level positions in hotel operations and guest services. He has worked to uphold the standards of brands including Hilton, Marriott, Atlantis Resort and Casino, and Southwest Airlines.
Arnett was an active contributor to the grand opening of the Atlantis Resort and Casino, He worked under the Vice President of Marketing and was charged with creating brand awareness for the marine park and resort. In this capacity, he conducted VIP tours and family-friendly events to generate interest for potential guests and was successful in increasing sales and reservations.
As the former Operations Manager of Global Event Planners in Nassau Bahamas, Arnettwas responsible for developing and implementing workshops, seminars, and special events for clients such as the National Football League Players Association, One Love Gospel Tour (Cathy Hughes TV One), Wyndham Resorts Club Elite, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, and TD Insurance Group. An avid cultural artist, his wide-ranging knowledge of costume design for various islands in the Caribbean has been instrumental in his creation of culturally specific theme-inspired events.
