Shannon moved into the culinary field early on, where she achieved great success and pleasure in rising to become one of the top female chefs in Washington D.C. “Chef Red”, as she has been coined, has been honored with inclusions in many renowned publications, television appearances, various awards, and has cooked at the famed James Beard House in N.Y.C. and the White House on numerous occasions. Shannon is currently active in various community Charities and Volunteering activities.
