Born and raised in the D.C Metropolitan area, Chris has over 2 decades of experience working with small businesses and independent investors in the area. He is licensed in D.C, Maryland and Virginia, with a focus on HPAP and DC open doors programs, as well as first time homebuyers.
Prior to becoming a passionate and dedicated real estate agent, Chris started his career as a restaurateur opening several major businesses in Washington DC, which ultimately led to starting his own consulting firm aimed at helping similar businesses get their start. He has helped purchase residential & commercial properties through out DC since 2010 and has gained in-depth knowledge on navigating city politics, negotiating complicated deals, and mediating for the benefit of his clients. These hard-earned skills have served him well as both an agent and independent businessman.
